About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to join our high-growth recruiting team. You’ll provide essential support to our recruiters and drive more efficient recruiting practices. You’ll impact projects, spearhead process improvements, discover data-driven insights, and raise the bar on our team. This position reports to the Head of Talent Operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the day-to-day operations of our 70+ employee Talent team 
  • Act as an admin in Greenhouse, LinkedIn recruiter, Gem, and our other Talent softwares
  • Maintain our 3rd party job boards and public job postings on our website
  • Develop, maintain, and organize training documentation, user guides and core processes for recruitment systems
  • Partner with recruiting teams to develop effective reporting and analytics on the recruiting lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, team members, and cross functional teams
  • Assist with other Talent and People operations projects and activities as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of our data through audits, accountability, and review of data processes and system configuration
  • Ensure issues raised by team members and key partners are resolved quickly
  • Proactively and reactively identify system issues, investigates solutions, and implement changes for remediation
  • Provide support for Talent Leadership

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or talent operations
  • Experience as a system admin in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite of products (particularly excel/sheets)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Experience implementing or making major changes to a Talent technology system
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Ability to work 4 days a week out of our New York City office 
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
