Contract & System Management

• Enter licensee deal memos across all UP&E categories into CRM/RSG systems, ensuring accurate data input and end‑to‑end tracking from business plan submission to contract execution.
• Manage the full contract workflow, including tracking critical paths and ensuring timely progress of all documentation.
• Support the establishment of new licensee contracts, maintain up‑to‑date records for existing partners, and communicate key contractual obligations to relevant stakeholders.

Licensee Support & Onboarding

• Lead the onboarding process for new licensees, ensuring a seamless transition and clear communication.
• Assist licensees with GBS and factory audit requirements, quarterly royalty reporting, media box/system queries, and invoice tracking.
• Support pitches to key partners to gain experience in presenting.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Oversee all asset management processes and coordinate NDA requests.
• Set up new vendor accounts, raise purchase orders using SAP, and code invoices for payment—ensuring timely processing and quarterly cost tracking.
• Support quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring teams meet key deadlines.
• Prepare weekly team updates for senior management and contribute to ELT dashboard reporting.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and the distribution of licensee lists, brand decks, and other sales materials.

Team & Director Support

• Provide proactive diary management and coordinate complex domestic and international travel for the Regional Director UKI.
• Support the commercial team with monthly travel and expense reports.
• Manage a variety of ad hoc administrative responsibilities to frequent deadlines.
