Tech Recruiter
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.

• As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to own end-to-end hiring, primarily across technical roles.

• You’ll be hands-on with the process while contributing to our hiring strategy and improving candidate experience.

• This role is key to building the next chapter of Almedia, from shaping teams in Berlin to supporting our international expansion.

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and selected commercial roles, from intake to offer

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring success

• Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed

• Own key hiring processes in Berlin while supporting global expansion efforts

• Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team
