The Role 

The Technical Account Assistant role is ideal for candidates who enjoy uncovering client requirements, investigate, troubleshoot and can see the whole picture, analyzing all possible scenarios and blockers.

Main Responsibilities

Overall ownership of the technical implementation of marketing campaigns, utilizing the Genius Unified Media Platform and other media tools such as Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360 and Google Ads.
Support the wider Client Services team to collectively deliver excellent onboarding and customer experience using our services.
Record, troubleshoot and generate solutions to problems reported by clients in coordination with the Client Services team.
Querying databases for reporting and data analysis purposes, deploying and troubleshooting site tags
Collaborate across multiple internal teams, such as business development, engineering and ad operations to ensure quick delivery of our services

Attributes and Skills Requirements

1-2 years of experience in ad operations or tech ops at a digital agency (Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, social platforms and programmatic advertising)
Fluent, clear and concise written and verbal communication in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Solid critical thinking skills, with a methodical approach to problem solving in a space with a high degree of ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL or any other coding languages
