Guerrilla is looking for a Technical Designer to design and implement game abilities, weapons, and movement systems. Together with a team of animators, technical animators, programmers, and other technical designers, you will push our character designs into a new direction, adding more complexity and fidelity than you have seen before in our games.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Technical Designer at Guerrilla, we will look to you to:

Collaborate with design, animation, and code teams to implement game abilities, animation networks and entity setups.
Work with other design departments to drive the development of new and existing tools and workflows.
Put many of the final touches on content, make sure that it is clean, modular, and efficient; And with your technical knowledge, you will leverage existing systems to get the most out of the content.
Learn and use our proprietary visual scripting workflows to deliver technically complex designs and implementations

WHO YOU ARE

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have several years of demonstrable, post-graduation experience in a similar function, on projects comparable in scope and complexity to Guerrilla's
Have a thorough understanding of game creation pipelines for video games
Can provide clear examples of your skills as a collaborator and communicator
Are experienced with visual scripting
Have a basic understanding of math for video games
Have a desire to make elegant and visually impressive features

Plusses

A background or knowledge in one or more related fields, e.g., game design, animation, rigging, modeling, visual effects.
