We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Operations team. This individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing process efficiency through data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to define, implement, and optimize critical workflows. You will play a pivotal role in improving scalability, ensuring process adherence, and delivering high-quality outcomes across the organization.
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and operational programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Define project scope, goals, and success metrics, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Establish scalable processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy across teams.
Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing inefficiencies, identifying gaps, and implementing automation where possible.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on operational workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices and high data integrity.
Standardize processes by creating clear and detailed documentation to drive consistency and knowledge sharing.
Analyze large datasets to track key performance indicators (KPIs), uncover trends, and generate insights that inform business decisions.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Excel, and BI similar platforms to monitor program health and operational success.
Work closely with stakeholders to optimize data pipelines and ensure information accuracy.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to define technical requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Communicate project updates, blockers, and outcomes effectively across all levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Experience working in healthcare, technology, or SaaS-based companies is a plus.
Prior experience in managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, product, and operations teams.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data analysis and process automation.
Strong data visualization and reporting experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Alteryx, or equivalent).
Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipeline optimization.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Program & Process Management Skills
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in process improvement, workflow standardization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Ability to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and leverage insights for decision-making.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to tackle operational inefficiencies.
High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive consensus, and align teams toward strategic objectives.
Additional Considerations
Prior experience in healthcare operations, medical technology, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
Experience working night shifts in a global, distributed team environment.
