We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control and standards to ensure the production of high-quality products. This includes managing the creation of a unique pipeline that supports the animation, marketing, and game art teams.

Responsibilities
Maintaining outsourcing quality and ensuring adherence to the company's style
Overseeing quality control of key art assets, performance, and brand marketing materials
Experimenting with and researching methods to bridge film and game pipelines
Providing technical guidance and support as necessary
Requirements
Having over 7 years of experience in a lead technical role within animation or game development, preferably as a pipeline TD, and coming from an artistic background
Possessing a strong understanding of animation or game development pipelines, along with familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
Demonstrating technical expertise and quality control in animation or game projects through a portfolio and/or resume
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
