We’re looking for a Total Rewards Senior Partner to help shape and drive our global rewards strategy across our product & technology (P&T) organization. You’ll combine analytical rigor with a stakeholder-first mindset to build compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top tech talent worldwide. You will report directly to the Total Rewards Director, serving as a key member of the Product and Technology People Squad and contributing to the leadership team of the VP, People for Product and Technology.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses relevant P&T experience: Significant and hands-on experience working in or supporting the product & technology space. You’ve led key compensation projects, adapted strategy specifically for P&T teams, and can speak to tangible results.
  • Demonstrates compensation expertise: Deep knowledge of short-term and long-term incentive plans, job architecture, job evaluation, and the mechanics of total rewards.
  • Exhibits an analytical mindset: Strong Excel skills and a love for turning complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Is Stakeholder-focused: Proven experience building strong relationships with internal customers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintains a global perspective: Comfortable working in a global environment, with an appreciation for regional differences in pay practices, compliance, and culture.
  • Displays curiosity & growth orientation: A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving trends and tools in the rewards space.
  • Acts as a team player: Collaborative, open-minded, and supportive of others' growth and success.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic alignment: Adapt the group-wide rewards strategy to the unique needs and dynamics of the product & technology (P&T) organization. At the same time, contribute to shaping the broader rewards strategy by bringing in strategic direction, business insights, and emerging trends from within the P&T spaceboth internally and externally.
  • Group-wide project leadership: Lead group-wide compensation initiatives such as the Annual Salary Review process or other strategic rewards projects. While driving these broader programs, continue to act as the dedicated rewards partner for the P&T organizationensuring alignment, relevance, and execution at both levels. Every year, align in the core projects to be led on behalf of the group, while focusing on the P&T as a priority.   
  • Design and execution: Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies tailored to the needs of the product & technology teamsensuring alignment with broader total rewards strategy and business goals.
  • Benefits analysis & optimization: Assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of benefits offerings for P&T teams. Provide insights into usage, satisfaction, and impact on retention and engagement, and make recommendations for enhancements based on business needs and employee feedback.
  • Budget ownership: Lead the annual compensation budgeting process for P&T, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving improvements aligned with company OKRs and stakeholder input.
  • Benchmarking & market analysis: Own compensation benchmarking efforts, including salary range reviews and market positioning analyses, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Data & insights: Drive data submissions to compensation surveys and analyze results. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across the businessparticularly in P&Tto serve as a strategic advisor on all things compensation.
  • Tools & systems: Support the implementation and enhancement of compensation tools, including SuccessFactors compensation and variable pay modules or tools such as Ledgy/ Carta for equity management.
  • Strategy development: Contribute to the evolution of our global rewards philosophy and help shape a scalable, forward-looking compensation framework.
  • Cost optimization: Analyze compensation spend and propose strategies for cost containment and smarter budget allocation.
  • Team development: Mentor peers and junior team members in best practices, tools, and trends within the rewards space.
