What will you do?

At Midnite, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best experience whilst playing with us. This role will evolve around analysing our current offering to customers and taking that to the next level. You will work closely with trading and marketing/CRM functions to devise a winning strategy to elevate customer interactions with our sportsbook. This new hire will give the right candidate a blank page to put together their own strategies and ideas that make us stand out in the marketplace.

This is a fully remote role, but there will be opportunities to meet with the team in the UK every few months.

Responsibilities

• Running new and exciting daily offers and experiences on our sportsbook
• Liaising with marketing/CRM functions to let customers know about our new offerings
• Working with product/engineering teams for new functionality on offers/promotions/boosts etc
• Working with the Head of Sportsbook and other traders to see what could work well
• Coming up with new industry-leading ideas that will engage our customers

Essential Experience

• A keen interest in both Football & Horse Racing, however, a general sports interest is also favourable
• 3+ years experience in a similar role within the betting industry
• Strong knowledge of sports betting offers & promotions
• A good grasp of what’s happening in the industry in the UK

Desirable Experience

• Be a self-motivated individual that can generate ideas without prompting
• Have the ability to work on their own whilst keeping motivated 
• Ambitious and wanting to help move our sportsbook product forward
• Have a clear plan on how they would tackle this new position and what they could bring to the company
