The O2C Training Manager is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all training programs across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, with a specific focus on SAP S/4HANA functionality. This role ensures that all Billing, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application teams maintain peak performance, process compliance, and full proficiency in the SAP environment and associated integrated tools
Training Needs Identifications (TNI): Proactively partner with O2C process owners (Billing, Credit, Collections, Cash Application) to identify soft skill and knowledge gaps. Use performance data (e.g., DSO, AR aging, defect logs) to pinpoint areas requiring focused training interventions.
End-to-End Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and maintain the complete O2C training curriculum, including new hire onboarding programs, process re-engineering training, and system upgrade tutorials.
Instructional Design & Content Creation: Act as the sole developer of all training materials, including:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids.
Interactive e-learning
Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs)
Training Delivery: Directly facilitate and deliver all training sessions, workshops, and coaching for O2C teams globally, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences both virtually and in person.
Performance Remediation: Analyze performance data (DSO, AR aging) and defect logs (Jira/ServiceNow) to identify recurring knowledge gaps. Rapidly develop and deploy targeted training modules to correct procedural errors at the source.
Knowledge Management: Own and govern the O2C Knowledge Center, ensuring all training documentation, system recordings, and process reference materials are current and easily accessible to all relevant teams
Experience: 6+ years of specialized experience in Training & Development or Process Management within a Finance/Accounting domain.
O2C Expertise: Minimum 4 years of hands-on functional expertise across the full O2C cycle (Billing, Collections, Cash Application, AR).
S/4HANA Proficiency: Hands-on experience developing training materials and providing end-user instruction specifically for SAP S/4HANA. (Preferred)
Project Experience: Proven track record in a training role during a major global SAP implementation or migration project.
Independence: Proven ability to manage a full project lifecycle autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment without direct supervisory staff.
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system and process changes for a global audience.
