Now we’re looking for a Unity Developer who’s ready to level up and help us build the next generation of sports engagement.

🎯 Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code
You’ll build scalable, reusable solutions that power multiple projects—and keep the engine running smooth.

🧩 Design modular, future-proof architecture

📡 Work with real-time sports data & cool tech
From match feeds to motion tracking, you’ll work with a wild mix of sources and turn them into fully interactive 3D content.

💬 Collaborate and grow
Work side-by-side with a team of talented devs, designers, and artists. You’ll also help guide junior teammates, share your knowledge, and continue growing into a senior role.

Keep an eye on Unity trends, tools, middleware, plug-ins—you’ll help us stay on the cutting edge and try out new tech when it makes sense.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU...

• Are confident working in Unity with C# (you’ve shipped stuff, not just tutorials)

• Love clean code, smart architecture, and collaborative problem-solving

• Are into sports, games, 3D tech—or just like making awesome, interactive stuff

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with Unity3D

• A strong command of C# and the ability to write clean, maintainable code

• Solid understanding of data structures and technical architecture

• Skilled at debugging and problem-solving across a range of challenges

• Experience with version control systems like GIT

• Able to work independently and take initiative when opportunities arise

• HBO/Bachelor-level thinking and working, with a real eagerness to keep learning and growing

• Currently living in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work in the EU

• Available for 32–40 hours per week at our Alkmaar office (we value collaboration and in-person energy)

NICE TO HAVE

• Proficient with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools

• CI/CD experience

• Experience with Unity DOTS/ECS

• Experience in agile project management

• Comfortable with asynchronous programming and building responsive systems
