Provides engineering oversight and project management to improve the reliability, safety, and operational performance of site‑wide utilities infrastructure, including water, wastewater, gas, electrical distribution, drainage, and associated back‑of‑house services supporting a theme park environment.
Responsible for site‑wide utilities strategy, alongside zone‑ and land‑specific design direction, ensuring all utility systems are cohesive, efficient, and scalable across the estate. Supports the planning, coordination, and integration of utilities to meet operational, safety, and future‑growth requirements.
Leads the evaluation of existing utilities infrastructure, including water and stormwater systems, underground services, utility corridors, electrical distribution networks, and associated assets, to assess condition, capacity, and performance as part of the design and delivery process.
Acts as the project lead for utilities delivery, managing General Contractors, subcontractors, and utility vendors throughout installation. Responsibilities include design management and technical review, contractor and contract management, clash detection and coordination with other disciplines, installation oversight, and commissioning and handover documentation.
