What you'll be doing:

• Review and cleanse of vendor master database (“VMB”) across all jurisdictions to remove duplicates, dormant, and other anomalies in VMB;
• Lead a supplier-naming convention project across the Group, ensuring consistency of data entry that will enable meaningful analysis to be completed at a statutory and Group level;
• Production of monthly reports showing Working Capital KPIs and progress against them;
• Investigation into monthly variances in KPIs;
• Key person for all new entries into VMB ensuring consistency of data entry;
• Act as key finance liaison with the procurement team to ensure data and reporting support the procurement team's needs.
