Your Role:

Develop and implement comprehensive C&B frameworks, ensuring competitiveness across all business units, including executive compensation.

Provide strategic oversight of executive compensation plans and ESOP schemes and confidently represent these to the Board.

Ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights that guide decision-making related to talent management, compensation trends, workforce planning and digital transformation.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership, legal teams, and external advisors to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.

Lead and mentor the HR excellence team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvements

Qualifiers:

12+ years in C&B function in a consulting firm &/or start-up preferably from a Tier 1 institute

Managed compensation and benefits, with expertise in executive compensation and ESOP structures

Experience of payroll management, HR compliance and industry best practices
