THE JOB / Vice President, Representation and Business Development

 We’re looking for a senior leader to join the Talent + Properties Division in McLean, VA. In this hybrid business development and business representation role, you’ll be expected to identify opportunities adjacent to our existing work and develop and bring to life profitable new representation opportunities and solutions. 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• You will have 15+ years of relevant experience in a talent representation field, working with and delivering to external clients
• You are well versed in the intersection of executive talent, finance, media, etc.
• You are a skilled negotiator
• You have a high level of financial literacy
• You are a creative problem solver with interpersonal skills that are effective across disciplines
• You're able to effectively prioritize and run multiple projects at a time, and have the ability to keep up with changing prioritization and last-minute adjustments
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills 

THE WORK YOU’LL DO 

• Work with the Talent + Properties team, clients and partners to identify and develop new opportunities that drive revenue
• Serve as a main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements and the related logistics, and explain complex ideas clearly
• Oversee and manage fulfilment of deliverables
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and other industry contacts
