Video Producers are always one step ahead, and have a grasp on the 10,000 ft view of their initiative’s productions. Video Producers are the Air Traffic Controllers of Riot Games.

As a Video Producer,  you will report to the Manager, Creative Direction, working with the Wild Rift team to manage creative projects from conception and design to final delivery. You will partner with the Wild Rift publishing team, to lead delivery of gameplay, animation, and live action video content to inform and excite current and future players about upcoming releases, new features, and changes to our products.

You will work closely with our vendors and contractors to deliver video content globally. You are highly collaborative and communicative, with a diplomatic disposition, and your organization empowers creative & art teams to bring groundbreaking video experiences to players globally.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to support video projects from brief through localization and delivery.
• Support project level operations by making sure the team is prepared with the tools and crucial information needed to keep processes and meetings running smoothly.
• Handle asset tracking and trafficking to ensure all collaborators can find, review and work with the right files.
• Master the art of distilling and organizing feedback from a variety of collaborators, craft advisors, and executive level investors to ensure creative teams have a clear path to delivery.
• Manage video production workstreams and coordinating effort with external partners to ensure on time delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of production & project management experience with video, marketing, or creative content
• Familiarity with industry standard project management, review tools and database software
• Expertise with calendar management, file organization to optimize team collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience in environments that require proactive and transparent communication and a willingness to learn.
• Familiar with local and global animation/video vendors
• Expertise with multiple tasking management
• Fluency in English and Chinese

Desired Qualifications:

• Motivation for the exciting creative contents, and drive the idea from concept to final delivery actively.
• Familiarity with CGI Animation/VFX production, marketing for video games OR game development production pipelines.
• 1+ years Experience with cross teams workflows
• Experience contributing to iterative feedback and creative production
• Exposure to working with budgets, estimates, purchasing systems, or contracts
