We partner with leading operators across the betting industry to produce and build multilingual, best-in-class digital products and content to engage and educate customers. ICS-digital, an international marketing agency including ICS-translate, also operates under the group.

Job purpose:

To devise, plan and execute video content across our UK&I brands and audiences (Racing Post, myracing and FST).

Key accountabilities:

  • Assist with the creation process of new shows and products for Spotlight Sports Group
  • Assist with the weekly video planning schedule and other content pieces which may be requested from other areas of the business
  • Handle some of the booking of talent for AV output
  • Liaise with clients on the content assets and output
  • Pre-Produce, Produce, Output and Edit a number of long-form magazine shows such as The Morning Post, Upping the Ante, In The Know, Postcast, The Front Page amongst others. 
  • Quickly turn around video content from start to finish to produce a clean end product that meets ours and our partners objectives
  • Execute broadcast quality static and motion graphics in pre and post production
  • Complete comprehensive running orders / call sheets across our roster of shows - ensuring production effectiveness
  • Ability to work with brand styles and follow brand guidelines, whilst working across numerous projects
  • Understand and be able to work to a provided brief, with accuracy 
  • Work with the wider marketing team, commercial teams and talent on a daily basis to create made for platform content pieces across social channels
  • Self serve creation of content from start to finish and be able to take ownership of projects
  • Work across multiple digital media – creating content, graphics, and video
  • Help support, create, and develop new content strands
  • Channel monitoring, user interaction, and listen to our social media audiences, engaging frequently
  • Monitor and track performance of posts, assist with weekly preparation of reports, analysis, and share data as directed
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of the social content calendar, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication

Requirements

Essential:

  • Passionate about creating sports related content
  • Experience in audience engagement and posting across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
  • Experience in using all Adobe products Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and others
  • Ability to be creative and engaging in written and visual communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be available to work across a seven-day-a-week schedule 

Desirable:

  • A strong understanding of sports (specifically horse racing), betting and odds
  • Experience with live video - and it’s execution across different social platforms 
  • Understanding of social media platform best practices and algorithms
  • Ability to write headlines, descriptions, keywords and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast paced, quickly changing environment

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
