Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.

We have a team of just over 550 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris and Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.

Our content capability engages with audiences and brands to tell stories through social media, and advises our clients on areas of content optimisation. We look after an amassed community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest accounts in sports. Our award-winning in-house team spans across Strategy, Insights, Studio and Production.

Requirements

Role Profile:

Your main duties & responsibilities:

Lead on episodic led productions alongside other team members, managing key stakeholder relationships both internally (Account Managers, Producers, Video Editors etc) and externally with clients.
Be a key video production point of contact for Head of Content Strategy to delivery major event projects alongside the wider Creative team.
Working alongside the other Video Production Lead (UK) to ensure the Two Circles UK production studio delivers client projects on deadline and in an efficient manner.
Managing the Development Producer to generate and develop new audio and episodic strands that we can pitch to new and existing clients.
Work alongside members of the Content Leadership Team to identity new business opportunities in production, contributing to proposals and pitches as and where relevant.
Expand and develop on our existing network of freelance production staff in the UK and, longer term, in-house teams.

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

Strong client facing experience, managing relationships with federations, third party agencies, and brands.
Be an Expert in leading teams in the end-to-end lifecycle of video projects from ideation to delivery.
Demonstrable experience of delivering first class video projects for high profile clients working against budgets and meeting commercial targets.
Experience developing existing talent and providing opportunities for junior members of staff.
A wide ranging portfolio of work demonstrating a broad experience in video production for publication on digital and social media channels.
Showcase excellent time management skills to deliver both long-term and short deadlines according to business requirements.
