THE POSITION

The Manager, VIP Event & Talent is responsible for designing and delivering exceptional, high‑impact experiences for FanDuel’s most valuable customers. This role blends creative event strategy, talent coordination, operational execution, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure every activation reinforces FanDuel’s position as the industry leader in premium sports and entertainment experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping the VIP event calendar, partnering closely with VIP teams, Marketing, Partnerships, Talent Relations, and Compliance to bring events to life—from white‑glove hospitality moments to major tentpole experiences during the biggest sports moments of the year.

This is a high‑visibility, high‑pace role for a strategic doer who thrives in fast‑moving environments and takes pride in delivering best‑in‑class service.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support the development of FanDuel’s VIP event strategy, including major sports tentpoles, market‑specific experiences, and bespoke premium activations.
  • Recommend innovative event concepts based on VIP strategy, goals, and customer preferences and insights.
  • Work in conjunction with VIP teams on creative visioning, and planning documents to guide alignment with key internal partners.
  • Partner with FanDuel’s Talent team to synergize on VIP talent need which include, contracting, scheduling, and activation planning.
  • Manage VIP talent logistics and hospitality at events, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and delivered with white‑glove service.
  • Identify and strategize opportunities for talent to elevate VIP experiences—meet‑and‑greets, live content moments, and hospitality integrations.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new external agencies, event vendors, talent reps, and hospitality partners.

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
