About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive VIP Experiences Manager to lead our events, hospitality, and gifting strategy. This role is focused on the "back-office" operations of the VIP Team, making sure everything is planned and executed perfectly.

The VIP Experiences Manager will manage the entire process for premium experiences, from choosing high-end gifts to organizing logistics for major events. While Account Managers usually stay with the clients, you will be the person behind the scenes, ensuring everything works correctly and stays within the budget. You will also manage customer data securely and attend events when necessary to guarantee that the operation follows the plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Strategy: Define and manage the annual calendar for top-tier events, ensuring experiences are tailored to different VIP profiles.
• End-to-End Operations & Logistics: Lead the planning and execution of all hospitality requirements, including catering, transfers, flights, and accommodation, ensuring high-quality standards and "Plan B" contingency options.
• Budget Management: Track and manage the budget for VIP events and gifts, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and stay within the allocated financial plan.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with the Procurement team to identify, negotiate, and onboard vendors, focusing on the best cost-benefit and exclusive tailored packages.
• Inventory & Data Management: Manage the entire ticket and gift inventory with zero waste. Handle sensitive customer data (shipping addresses, travel documents) with total confidentiality and in compliance with LGPD.
• Centralized Coordination: Act as the operational hub for the VIP team, centralizing all data from Account Managers for ticket issuance and gift distribution.
• Gift Curation: Manage the creative and operational process for high-end seasonal gifts, ensuring brand alignment.
• On-Site Hosting: Act as the Superbet host in VIP hospitality areas, managing on-the-ground operations to ensure a premium customer experience.
• ROI & Feedback: Partner with the Research team to run post-event surveys and gift feedback analysis to improve customer satisfaction and business results continuously.
