JOB SUMMARY: The part time Virtual First Operator will assist scoreboard operations by operating a virtual first down marker system during live events at Empower Field at Mile High.

                                                                                                                                                                                               

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Virtual first down system during live events by:

• Managing a virtual video system before and during an event
• Working with scoreboard team and event director to execute video broadcast production

Contributes to team effort by:

• Completing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

• Familiarity with sports broadcasting
• Strong knowledge of NFL football
• Experience operating a video system in a live production environment
• Availability to work Denver Broncos home football games and public events as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

• 2 Years’ experience operating a video system in a live production environment
• 1 Years’ experience operating a virtual first system
• Ability to understand information and content required in a live production environment
• Must be able to take direction and have excellent communication with director and production team
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Must work well with others at all levels of organization
• Strong ability to collaborate and receive direction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt
• Maintain and cultivate an environment of creativity and positivity
• Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance 
• Ability to sit for up to 5+ hours during a game
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holiday

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate will be $37.50.

Stadium Management Company offers Paid Time Off 1 hour for every 30 hours worked and a 401(K) matching program once you reach 1,000 hours in the plan year.
