Your Role:Lead & manage the entire gamut of direct & indirect taxation matters across Dream SportsDesign and implement tax structuring of group and M&A transactions for India, US & other jurisdictionsLeading advisory on international taxation including DTAA, Transfer Pricing, POEM, PE, Foreign Tax Credits, GIFT IFSC etc.Managing tax litigation matters, liaising with government/tax authorities and formulating tax efficient business modelsQualifiers:CA with 15+ years of experience covering matters across Direct and Indirect tax in IndiaExperience in managing US related taxation mattersStrong network and collaboration with consultants and internal teams to achieve business objectivesAbout Dream Sports:
