Role: Outside Brand Ambassador/Sponsor Liaison

Full Time, Seasonal, Crew Position (Extensive travel)

Start Date -varying from October 9^th – October 20^th, 2025

End Date – As late as November 26^th (Depending on Crew)         

Outside, Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote Outside, Outside+, Warren Miller Entertainment and manage sponsor/partner relationships and their activations while on the road during the Warren Miller Film Tour. Warren Miller Entertainment is one of the largest, most established, and successful action sports film companies today, with more than 76 years of snow sports filmmaking experience. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour (from late-October to late-November) continues the legacy of the brand, reaching more skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts than any other snow sports film to date.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our brands (Outside and WME) and partners, ensuring exceptional experiences for our patrons and partners, and maximizing brand exposure throughout the tour. This is a crew role that requires the BA to be an active member of a 4-person crew in setting up multiple events on a 6-8 week schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company, build meaningful connections with consumers, and contribute to our brand's success. There will be travel required. Experience with live event production is desirable.  An appreciation and familiarity with the winter sports industry and Warren Miller Entertainment is strongly preferred.

This role is fully mobile with constant travel required and may include sharing lodging/accommodations with another member of the crew.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary representative for Outside Interactive and Warren Miller Entertainment and embody our values, mission, and personality. Be knowledgeable about our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to consumers.
• Engage patrons and encourage enrollment in the Outside+ program, further enhancing brand loyalty and expanding our community.

• Lifting and transportation of Tour gear – must be able to lift more than 50lbs

• Liaise daily with Outside’s Client Success team and their sponsorship contacts prior to events to confirm scheduling and activation needs, ensuring all requirements are met for a seamless partnership experience.
• Answer customer/sponsor questions, problem solve, and provide follow ups where an immediate answer cannot be given.
• Execute event setups, including the placement of promotional materials for WME, Outside, and partners, creating an engaging and visually appealing lobby experience for patrons.
• Ensure that WME and Outside sponsor obligations are met and exceed expectations whenever possible, maximizing brand exposure and fostering strong sponsor relationships.
• Capture quality photos at each event and while on the road to document the tour experience and enhance our marketing efforts and sponsor satisfaction.
• Create and submit daily reports to track sponsor activations and feedback for every event. Provide daily photo dumps back to HQ for immediate social publishing. Daily report completion and review is required.
• Coordinate outside vehicle displays, ensuring that vehicles are presented in a clean, display-worthy manner, representing the brand with excellence.
• Safeguard the working condition of sponsor materials and ensure their safe return upon completion of the tour, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsibility.
• Manage the safe and secure transportation of all sponsor-related materials between each event and back to headquarters post-tour, ensuring timely and efficient, company approved logistics.
• Double-check the delivery of the correct pre-show onscreen display to the Projectionist, liaise with the emcee on a complete list of regional and local sponsors, and communicate any changes that may arise.
• Work as part of a four-person road crew, collaborating closely with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
• Provide a comprehensive post-tour recap to optimize future WME tours for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with sponsors, venues, team members, and patrons.
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the successful execution of events and sponsorship activations.
• Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage sponsor materials, transportation logistics, and event setups efficiently.
• Brand ambassador experience: Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role is preferred, with a proven ability to represent brand(s) professionally.
• Event management experience: Experience in event management, including setup, coordination, and execution, is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated: Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Flexibility: Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing circumstances and unexpected challenges during the tour.
• Photography skills: Basic photography skills to capture high-quality, well lit photos at each event.
• Stellar phone demeanor.
• Passion for the outdoors and entertainment: A genuine passion for outdoor sports, adventure
• A safe and clean driving record with the ability to drive large vehicles in all conditions and high traffic scenarios. Driving is required.

For this seasonal/temporary role you can expect to be paid $865 per week. In addition, you will be compensated a taxable per diem rate of $70/day for scheduled days actively working on the tour.
