[solidcore] is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our HQ team in Arlington, Virginia, reporting to the Senior Director, People Operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in our organization's most significant HR transformation to date—the implementation of Workday across the company. We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a genuine passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and operational teams to understand business requirements, configure and test system solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from our current systems.

You’ll be responsible forData Management & System Optimization: Serve as Workday system administrator, managing configurations, user access, and system optimization to support HR operationsMaintain data integrity through regular audits, validation processes, and quality control measures across HR systems and integrations Proactively monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in partnership with IT, vendors, and implementation partnersReporting & Analytics: Evaluate and optimize Workday and other HR systems by analyzing business needs, testing configurations, and ensuring solutions leverage full platform capabilitiesDevelop and maintain recurring reports and analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual) that support data-driven decision making across the organization Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and create dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable, real-time insightsCross-Functional Collaboration & Support: Serve as the primary HRIS liaison for cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data solutionsLead process improvement initiatives by identifying manual workflows and designing automated solutions in WorkdayHRIS Implementation & Documentation: Support the Workday implementation through process documentation, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and workflow designDevelop and maintain comprehensive HRIS documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and user training materialsProvide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Workday across the organizationCompliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HRIS data management and employee record keepingProactively identify and execute process improvements for ongoing HRIS and data management practices by staying current on system updates, industry best practices, and emerging HR technology trendsQualificationsWorkday Experience Required: Prior hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core is essential for supporting our implementation. Your background includes functional use and/or configuration of Workday HCM Core, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Absence, Benefits, Talent, Performance Management, or SecurityExcellent attention to detail, a unique passion for leveraging technology and providing actionable insights through data2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related roleAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretionExperience training end users on Workday functionality (HR teams, managers, employees)Experience with Namely HR system and MindBody Online (MBO) is highly desiredStrong conceptual, verbal, and written communication skillsCapable of managing multiple competing priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite required.
