Our sister company, HIO Fitting, operates the largest and most advanced golf fitting studio in Europe. HIO Fitting specializes in the custom fitting of golf clubs using state-of-the-art technology. After an individual fitting, the clubs are handcrafted with professional precision in our in-house workshop, located at our headquarters in the western part of Munich. With over 25 employees working across 1,200 sqm of analysis and workshop space, as well as additional locations around Munich and international business partnerships, there is still much more to come.

• Manufacturing custom-fit golf clubs
• Supporting the development of new strategies for our product lines
• Assisting in the implementation of optimization processes
• Quality assurance

• Initial experience in technical, hands-on, and independent work
• Responsible and precise handling of delicate materials
• Strong team and communication skills
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team
• Knowledge of or passion for golf is a plus but not required
