The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and quick-thinking Working Student (all genders) to join our Partner Operations team in Cologne. As a Working Student (all genders) in Partner Operations, you will mainly support the Partner Marketing Manager with all aspects of partner communication. In this role, you will take care of our internal and external partner communication to ensure proper information sharing. Your responsibilities
- Support with general partner communication tasks as required
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Brand & Design, Social Media, CRM and international markets
- Generate various types of content required for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and partner newsroom
- Collaborate on maintaining and expanding our partner newsroom, potentially taking on a larger role in its management
- Assist in creating and compiling case studies for present and future use
- Assist in drafting and implementing simple automations to streamline processes
What you need to succeed
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree of study and are based in Cologne
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in both German and English when speaking and writing
- You are at your best when working with and contributing to a team
- You are proactive, self-organised and structured in your work
- You are eager to join a young and dynamic scale up where you can learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities every day
- You identify with our goals and mission - you are enthusiastic about sports, fitness, and technology, and you want to inspire people to lead a happy and healthy life
- You are looking for a working student job for 20 hours a week, for at least 2 semesters
Nice to have, but not a must
- Additional language skills like Spanish, Portuguese or French
- New to copywriting and content creation, or passionate about it
- Optional first experience with CRM tools
- Familiarity with landing pages and platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
