YOUR OPPORTUNITY  

As Working Student People Management with a focus on People Partnering, you put the needs of our Kinexians at the center and accompany them throughout their entire employee journey at KINEXON. You will have full people responsibility for all our 25 working students and support our People Core Team in operational business. For this role it is mandatory to work from the Munich office on a weekly basis.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • You support our People & Culture Team in all administrative and operational HR processes such as creating employment references, contracts, and certificates as well as maintaining digital personnel records 
  • You are very close to our Kinexians and accompany them on their employee journey as trustful point of contact 
  • You independently take on individual projects, e.g., in the areas of People Service, People Development or Recruiting 
  • You participate in the continuous optimization of internal HR processes 
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process and the candidate experience for all our open working student positions 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS  

  • You are a student of Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study 
  • Ideally, you have some practical experience as an intern or working student in the field of Human Resources - but it's not mandatory ;) 
  • Complaining about problems is not your style - you prefer to tackle them actively and find a solution 
  • You enjoy working with people, are highly organized, and are known for your reliability 
  • fluent German and English language skills are a must
