What you’ll be doing:

Gerenciar o canal de YouTube da Superbet: garantir frequência de publicação, organização dos conteúdos, análise de performance e aplicação de boas práticas de SEO para vídeos (títulos, descrições, thumbnails, tags);
Criar, editar e publicar vídeos curtos e dinâmicos para YouTube, Instagram, Kwai e X, com foco em futebol e hard news;
Participar da criação de campanhas e peças para redes sociais, atuando em conjunto com o time de conteúdo e marketing;
Fazer atendimento primário ao público nas redes sociais: responder comentários, mensagens diretas e interações básicas de moderação;
Acompanhar clubes patrocinados (Fluminense e São Paulo FC) e gerar conteúdos conectados com calendário de jogos, bastidores e momentos-chave;
Identificar tendências, referências e benchmarks em conteúdo digital, especialmente voltados para esporte e entretenimento;
Colaborar com o desenvolvimento da estratégia editorial da marca nas redes sociais, propondo formatos, quadros e conteúdos com foco em engajamento;
Manter atualizado o calendário de publicações e apoiar na organização das entregas do time.

What We’re Looking For

Experiência prévia em Social Media, com foco em conteúdo digital e/ou esportivo;
Experiência de edição de vídeo (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut ou similares);
Conhecimento prático das principais redes sociais (YouTube, Instagram, Kwai, X), especialmente no que diz respeito a formatos, tendências e algoritmos;
Excelente comunicação escrita, com domínio da norma culta e linguagem digital;
Organização e proatividade para lidar com múltiplas demandas e prazos simultâneos;
Interesse e conhecimento aprofundado em futebol brasileiro.
