As a (Junior) Influencer Manager at Freeletics, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, and amplifying brand presence across various social media platforms. You’ll be leading our influencer and content creator program, and executing influencer campaigns from start to finish. Your ResponsibilitiesExecute a global strategy for influencer marketing with our Social Media Team Lead, to grow brand awareness and build a source of ongoing contentGrow a network of always-on influencers across Instagram, TikTok and other social media channelsBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and content creatorsIdentify and vet potential influencers to ensure brand and performance fit, aligning to our KPIs and budgetResponsible for end-to-end influencer management: outreach, negotiation, contract, onboarding, content review and guiding influencers/creators with their deliverables, budget management, and performance reportingBrainstorm new creative approaches of influencer campaigns and stay up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends across social media platformsCollaborate with the wider marketing team to coordinate strategies and get involved in planning campaigns across different channelsYour Profile Completed a degree in communications, brand marketing, or a related fieldHands-on experience in influencer marketing or community managementAbility to execute a strategy and generate ideas and activations that drive online and community engagement and growthExperience in executing meaningful and effective offline events to drive brand awareness and / or community engagementA creative mind with excellent storytelling skills who loves to work in a team environmentExcellent communicator with a great eye for detail and comfortable working with performance dataFluent level in English, strong level of German is a plusEstimated Salary range:
