We are looking for people to participate in a 4,5-month challenge (January 15th - May 25th 2025), working with our Freeletics Training Experts and of course, the Freeletics app.

With commitment, consistency, motivation, and the support of your fellow Free Athletes, the Freeletics app, and Training Experts, you’ll make big strides towards your goal!
