We are looking for people to participate in a 4,5-month challenge (January 15th - May 25th 2025), working with our Freeletics Training Experts and of course, the Freeletics app.

What Happens Afterwards?

With commitment, consistency, motivation, and the support of your fellow Free Athletes, the Freeletics app, and Training Experts, you’ll make big strides towards your goal! You might even have a complete before-and-after transformation video live on the Freeletics social media channels. Are you ready to be an example for yourself and others? Prove it! We know you’ve got this. Commit to yourself. The Freeletics app, our Training Experts, and the Free Athlete Community are here to help you succeed.
