Our international Marketing team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to step in during a parental leave period for a limited term of 16 months. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track campaign success using dashboards and data analysis, identifying key insights to drive performance improvements.
• Campaign Optimization & Insights: Analyze campaign performance to uncover new opportunities and inefficiencies, sharing insights across departments and conducting research for future initiatives.
• Budget Allocation: Strategically distribute budgets across channels to maximize efficiency based on performance data.
• Partner & Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization to achieve business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop and align campaign strategies.
• Creative Development: Work closely with design and influencer marketing teams to source and brief creative assets for paid media campaigns.
• Testing & Experimentation: Develop structured testing plans for new opportunities, setting clear, measurable goals for evaluation.
• New Marketing Opportunities: Research, evaluate, and prioritize potential marketing channels and strategies.

• Proven professional experience in paid digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of key performance marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Minimum one year experience managing customer acquisition campaigns on a major platform such as Google or Meta.
• Experience managing campaigns on TikTok and X preferred.
• Curiosity and willingness to try new things and never settle for the status quo.
• Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.
• An analytical mindset – you understand that testing every assumption is vital to success, but measuring correctly and interpreting the results is just as important.
• Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
