What We are looking for 

As an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Supervisor at Novibet, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of AML Analysts, ensuring that all AML/CTF obligations are met in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Customer Compliance & Group MLRO, to strengthen the company’s financial crime prevention framework.

What you will work on

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of AML Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, BI, Product) to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day AML operations and reporting 
• Monitor team workload, set priorities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations 
• Support the preparation of regular AML reports and regulatory submissions
• Assist in the enhancement and implementation of AML policies, procedures, and controls
• Deliver coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations, including development plans and regular feedback
• Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and accurate reporting
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry best practices in AML/CTF

 What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF within Banking, FinTech, or similar industries (Online Gaming experience preferred)
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is desirable
• Good knowledge of online gaming products and associated risks
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks, including CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring
• AML/CTF certification (e.g. ACAMS, ICA) is considered an asset
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize team activities
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
