Growing as fast as we do in Veo means that every day is different, exciting, and challenging, both on the front line and in the back office.

But that’s not the most remarkable thing about us.

The coolest thing is our people. We’ve attracted some of the brightest minds in the industry. They are the reason we can create a great product and do it while enjoying ourselves.

We aim to build Denmark's most innovative Product Development department in VEO. We are creating a vast development team with all the necessary capabilities in-house to push the needle of innovation and innovation speed, where we will use our in-house assembly line to fast-track our time to market.

You should be up for a steep learning curve. Getting up to speed with our tech is a complicated task, and we aim for someone interested in the latest developments in optical consumer electronics and technical understanding of optics.

  • Collaboration with manufacturing partners on camera design evaluation, module prototype builds, and qualification
  • Leadership of failure analysis and corrective action implementation at manufacturing sites, including assembly processes, testing, and calibration; parametric-data analysis of end-of-line yield and post-reliability failures
  • Evaluation and debugging of camera HW at module and product levels
  • Documentation of camera-specific design, test, and manufacturing requirements
  • International travel is required to supplier facilities for product development and production bring-up

  • Attributes:
  • Problem solver
  • Generalistic
  • Pragmatic, not interested in irrelevant technology - cares about the impact it can make for us
  • Team player
  • Technical mindset and understanding
  • Empathic and curious to understand situations to make accurate and nuanced decisions
  • Ambitious and purpose-driven

  • The team comprises 26 skilled and energized people with a can-do mindset. You will work closely with Anton Husby, Head of Capture, Andreea Ciontos, Camera Module Engineer, and Marius Simonsen, Physics and Mathematics Specialist.

We are always open to talented people regardless of seniority. Still, we seek profiles with +3 years of practical experience developing cameras and a master's degree in a relevant area to this position.

At Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement. Our rapid growth ensures a diverse and ever-changing atmosphere. We believe in work-life balance and providing a positive culture that allows you to thrive personally and professionally.

Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.
