THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

Support the Judicial Bodies departments in general administrative tasks (i.e.: gathering statistics, elaboration of reports, etc.).

Support the case handlers in administrative aspects of ethics and disciplinary proceedings (i.e.: drafting start letters, preparing case files, notification of correspondences, preparing enclosures for submissions, research of jurisprudence of the judicial bodies and CAS, translating documents etc.).

Provide support for the management of general requests for information.

Provide support for the physical and electronic filing system as well as for the archiving of data of the Judicial Bodies subdivision (i.e.: JIRA, IFES, CMS, new requests, cases, emails, ADAMS, etc.).

Support in the management and organisation of the physical and digital archive.

Please note that this role is temporary and fixed term for 6 months.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

Paralegal certification/degree in paralegal studies is required
Min. 1 years of comparable experience with good administrative background
Native/C2 level in English and good oral and written knowledge in at least another FIFA language
Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel / JIRA
Business Administration / Economics as an asset
Master’s degree in Sport law is an asset
Excellent legal drafting, editorial, and presentation skills in English
Strong analytical abilities, able to conduct analysis and draw conclusions
Well-organized with solid planning and IT skills
Works precisely, unsupervised, and under pressure while meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented, conscientious, accurate, and punctual
Proactive, motivated, and adaptable with a dynamic personality
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Open, cooperative, empathetic, and flexible when handling large volumes of work
