As the Casino Manager, you will be the visionary behind our casino offering. Your insights into customer behavior and motivation will guide our strategy, helping us attract new customers and retain loyal players. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of becoming a top choice in the gaming industry, and you’ll have the ownership and autonomy to shape our success.
In your initial three months, you'll:
- Get acquainted with the Casino & Live Casino Department
- Review our company strategy, then create a structured action plan to achieve our objectives
- Review, improve, and develop processes that align with our goals and compliance standards
- Laying the groundwork for future success and evaluate current and future needs
Once your foundation is set, here’s how you’ll continue to make an impact:
- Lead the Casino & Live Casino product with full P&L responsibility, owning both strategy and KPIs
- Oversee commercial negotiations and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers
- Ensure all product aspects—promotions, games, and more—are compliant with regulatory standards
- Regularly assess commercial performance, updating stakeholders on key success drivers and areas for improvement
- Stay ahead of competitors and help shape product diversification, innovation, and entry into new markets
- Take ownership from concept and sign-off to launch and optimisation, ensuring a smooth product lifecycle
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, and customer service teams to create an engaging player journey and effective promotions
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is a requirement.
- 3+ years in (i)Gaming, preferably with a focus on conversion, CRM, and retention
- A confident decision-maker who can inspire and lead your team to excel
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, managing multiple projects in a structured and organised manner. Skilled at stakeholder management and motivated to work cross-functionally to deliver the best outcomes.
- Proficiency in reporting, with a strong grasp of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in negotiations and budgeting with a solid understanding of vertical KPIs and how to optimize performance
