THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
•Coordination of administrative tasks for the Coaching Development department and all of its programmes
•Monitoring and reviewing of notes of expenses and invoices
Communication and relationship with external technical experts and consultants regarding appointments, workshops and arrangements of missions/courses etc.
•Coordination of all FIFA platforms on behalf of the Coaching Development department
•Procurement and compliance procedures for specific projects
•Communication with other departments in the division and other FIFA divisions
•A to Z coordination of online and on-site activities in the department (workshops, mentoring etc.)
•Travel activities for on-site events (regional seminars and workshops)
Involvement (part of project team) in the organizational of cross-departmental events (e.g. Post World Cup Conferences, Technical Experts’ Workshops etc.)
•Any other logistics and administrative tasks as needed by the department

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
•Academic degree in a business or sports related field is preferred
•Work experience ideally within sports federations, associations or football clubs
•Experience in project coordination in an international environment (ideally football-related)
•Excellent understanding of football development matters
•Sound knowledge and understanding of FIFA’s structure, in particular technical development division and programmes
•Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
•Good written and communication skills
