Your New Adventure:

The Communications Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing communications at Koa Health, across content, marketing campaigns, social and website. This role is responsible for developing effective communications that drive brand awareness and demand generation through differentiated messaging and positioning that support company growth objectives. This role is an individual contributor role, focused on developing compelling messaging for marketing content, website, campaign messaging and social posts. This role will own creation of social media content strategy and execution of social media content and posting. Additionally this role will be responsible for creating content and messaging for customer engagement assets and communications, as well as support marketing with PR, and corporate communications. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholder groups, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, and activate customer engagement communications
  • Create Customer engagement content, and refresh on a quarterly basis
  • Create monthly wellness calendars
  • Develop messaging for marketing campaigns, including in bound and out bound email, digital advertising, webinars, speaking abstracts
  • Support marketing asset content development
  • Support development of brand messaging across website, power point, etc. 
  • Manage social media presence across all platforms, including social media calendar, and development and posting of social posts. 
  • Support development of press releases and public relations endeavours
  • Support content creation for strategic accounts, and partner accounts as required
  • Support corporate communications

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in  marketing, communications, journalism or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications or content marketing for B2B organizations
  • Expert fluency of English Language, both spoken and written
  • Prior experience developing, and activating social messaging on platforms such as LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Experience using Hubspot for email creation and social posting
  • Prior experience in Healthcare marketing, either B2B or B2C preferred
  • Start-up-ready mindset, prioritizing progress over polish and demonstrating comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to quickly adapt a plus
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and product development
  • Prior experience and high level of comfort working in PowerPoint (including storytelling via slides), Excel, Google Suite, and other project management tools
  • Familiarity with the mental health space and knowledge of digital health trends preferred
  • Flexible working hours required, to collaborate with UK and US time zones
