The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will be a key team member in our global expansion efforts, providing excellent service to internal P&C business partners, managers, team members, and former and future employees. They will support our team in maintaining employee records within our P&C systems, personnel files, and global right-to-work documentation. To be successful in this role, they should focus on continuous improvement and maintain confidentiality in all that they do. The P&C Operations & Tech team supports the administrative and compliance functions of the P&C department, including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/HCM management, employee records, and P&C data analytics.
