Coordinator, Broadcast, FIFA World Cup 2026 Department: Broadcast & Media Operations Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time Location: Miami Description Reporting organisationally to the Director of Broadcast Production, Operations, and Services, the Coordinator, Broadcast will be a key member of the FIFA26 Broadcast team, providing administrative and logistical support. THE POSITION The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Broadcast for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include: • Oversee the team document structure, organisation, and access, and support the creation and development of documentation. • Administer team calendar, ensuring all key timelines are accurate and deadlines are met • Coordinate event time and non-event related logistics for the team. • Aid the planning and delivery of meetings, briefings, and workshops, including coordination and summaries. • Provide general administrative support to senior team members on primary projects • Assist with additional projects, where identified • Maintain and update relevant information and overviews. • During event time the role may develop to one on-site supporting the broadcast management. YOUR PROFILE • Bachelors degree or equivalent level of experience • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organisational skills • Proven success in a fast-paced, multicultural environment • Experience of international sports event projects is an asset • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) and planning software and online collaboration tools (SharePoint)
