Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Fleet Management the Coordinator, Fleet will be a key member of the FIFA26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Office Management team, Transportation team, and other key individuals responsible for coordinating long-term fleet at HQ and HC offices.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Fleet for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
• Inspects and evaluates fleet Vehicles, and maintains records of vehicles inspections, assignments, and usage.
• Ensure that the Long-Term Vik Vehicles in all Host Cities are following the Manufacture Maintenance Program.
• Coordinate unscheduled Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
• Performs in-service receipt, registration, and delivery of fleet vehicle.
• Open and follow-up Insurance Claims in case of accidents or damages.
• Keep the Fleet management system updated and follow up.
• Coordinate Vehicle Pool booking process.
• Analyzes, makes recommendations, and prepares operational reports for the solution of fleet issues.
• Control and report consumables usages such as Fuel, Cleaning and Tol.
• Report on non-conformities and misuse of the Vehicles.
• Performs other related Flee Coordinator Job Duties as required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related Field. Relevant experience in Rent a Car business is a differential.
• Basic knowledge of fleet management practices, insurance claims procedures,
• basic knowledge of vehicle specification,
• Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
