Let’s start with the role

As a Corporate & Employer Brand Executive, you will be based in our HQ, where you will be part of the Corporate & Employer Brand team within the Corporate Communications Division. You will be responsible for shaping, promoting and celebrating the overall image and reputation of Kaizen Gaming across markets. There’ll be no “average day at work” for you; you’ll engage in a diverse range of tasks and significant projects that will influence how Kaizen Gaming is perceived on a global scale.

• Ensure that all aspects of the company's presence, from its visual identity and messaging to its corporate social responsibility initiatives, align with the brand's core values and mission across markets and locations;
• Develop and drive the scaling of our corporate & employment brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent acquisition and overall business strategy;
• Manage a number of projects and partnerships related to the Corporate & Employer Brand;
• Coordinate and contribute to digital media campaigns, presence and strategy;
• Source main events & awards related to corporate and employer branding across divisions & organize attendance;
• Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with the latest current trends.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar;
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in areas such as employer branding, marketing, performance marketing, content management, communications or social media with a broader understanding of corporate communications team dynamics;
• Have a knack for producing tailored content across digital and other platforms, as well as an ability to conceive imaginative campaigns that reinforce our corporate and employer brand messaging;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language;
• Ability to work effectively within teams and demonstrate passion about supporting the collective work;
• Experience and talent in working collaboratively with stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
