Job Description

This role is designed to be a key piece involved with day-to-day administrative tasks and support for the Corporate Sales team. We are looking for someone who has strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and someone who is excited and motivated to work in a professional corporate environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and administrative support to the department and its stakeholders
  • Act in a proactive and solution orientated manner
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals, Human Resources, Marketing, etc. to execute projects as needed
  • Take the initiative to suggest process improvements and opportunities for efficiency where appropriate
  • Responsible for managing general email and phone inboxes and responding to general inquiries via email
  • Reserve meeting rooms, computer equipment and other required services
  • Perform general office duties and provide ad hoc administrative support as required
  • Support the building of slide decks for proposal development
  • Maintain and update all partner communications in CRM Salesforce platform and Kore inventory management program. Also required to maintain contract status documents housed in Sales Force
  • Schedule and over see NHL needs as it pertains to virtual signage (Slot, DED, etc.)
  • Support the department through proposal development, minor graphics requests (use of Photoshop is recommended) and research as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships

Job Requirements

  • University or College Marketing graduate, or related field
  • 1-2 years of previous work experience in an Administrative role
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, results oriented 
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bilingual (French & English) is considered an asset
