We are now looking for a CRM Executive to join our Client Engagement Team in Wellington. As a CRM Executive, you will be integral to executing customer marketing programs across various digital channels, from campaign development to audience segmentation. You're passionate about the customer journey and motivated to leverage data to enhance customer engagement. Your high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will see you interpreting and translating data insights into strategies which consistently captivate your audience and transform our customer experiences.

We have offices expanding across multiple locations in New Zealand and Australia. This is a full time role based in our Wellington office.

Your day-to-day...

• Work alongside the CRM team to deliver highly targeted, personalised and automated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and use data analytics (MarTech) to create an excellent customer experience and personalised direct marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute journeys, campaigns, and audience segments for customer marketing programs, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create relevant content for Push, SMS, Email & Notification Centre communications.
• Present key performance results and convey value in campaigns and programs to teams across the business.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise the weekly schedule in alignment with sports, racing events, and business goals.

You're a match if you ideally have...

• 1-2 years' experience in a digital direct marketing and CRM capacity.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is desirable.
• Confidence using email and mobile marketing, multi-channel campaign management, and customer segmentation.
• Solid experience in utilising data to identify customer trends and produce business insight.
• Marketing Automation system experience (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is preferred.
• Understanding and experience with basic HTML, CSS, and SQL is preferred.
• Highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams & key stakeholders.
• A passion for sport and racing, paired with an interest in wagering would be desirable.
