THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The FanDuel team is looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to provide 24/7 service to our Customer Operations department. You will play a key role ensuring the department is operating at maximum efficiency while providing support across multiple areas of the business (Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy, Casino, Racing). The Operations Specialist will also work closely with the Operations Analysts to create, implement and communicate departmental initiatives to drive the highest levels of customer support.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Provide assistance to front line staff with questions, issues, and escalations in real time utilizing internal communication tools
  • Host VO (Virtual Office) sessions to assist the department leveraging product and process expertise  
  • Monitor product specific Slack channels and coordinate any communications needed
  • Identify opportunities and knowledge gaps at an agent and documentation level
  • Monitor for critical site issues and escalate to the proper resources to ensure a speedy resolution
  • Process escalated cases internally with highest level professionalism and a strong focus on the overall user experience
  • Complete product specific tasks as required
  • Supports the business during all operating hours (24/7-365) 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in a customer facing role
  • Must have minimum of 9 months experience working in a Tier 3 role
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Licensure: Must have obtained any applicable licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours that include nights and weekends
  • A quick and creative problem-solving mind
  • Ability to actively listen to what others have to say and restate information to ensure understanding
  • Highly proficient with FanDuel applications
  • Multi-task abilities with a focus on quality of work
