A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, phone and email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Providing guidance and problem-solving assistance for players navigating the platform, transactions, or account issues.

  • Collaborating with other teams (Payments, Responsible Gaming, Fraud, etc.) to ensure a seamless player experience
    
    

What we are looking for

• • Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality roles – ideally in a tech or online environment.

  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.
