Coordinate day-to-day and project related operations within the Data Management Operations (Data Maintenance) team.
Support/Handle project related operations when it comes to data.
Organize, implement, and enforce correct data collection and data capturing policies and procedures.
Ensure that data collection and capturing procedures are in line with all relevant rules and guidelines.
Conduct analysis to ensure that data collected and captured is complete and correct.
Ensure proper training of employees to be able to perform data collection and capturing independently and effectively.
Manage and develop team members to achieve company performance objectives and own development goals, while keeping a good work-life balance.
Create and communicate on data (status) reports upon request.
You have a relevant Bachelor (preference Master) degree.
You have at least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
You understand the principles of Information Architecture and have experience with Data Management.
You have strong analytical and planning skills.
You are customer oriented and able to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
You are familiar with working in an international, complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment.
You are a self-starter, team player, and result oriented.
You can successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously.
You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills (multi-language skills, e.g. Dutch, are a plus)
You are open to travel to Nunspeet once in week.
