The Challenge

1. To contribute to the strategic, tactical and operational plans for own area of responsibility  2. Be responsible for the execution and monitoring of plans, managing budgets and reporting on achievements 3. Manage and develop Team Members to achieve company performance objectives and own development goals  4. Ensure that the team for which responsible full fills their purpose and meets their deliverables  5. Identify and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organisational development.  6. Contribute to or lead projects, as required and relevant to own discipline or position
