Join us as a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, reporting into our Digital Channels Director, to help drive commercial value via improved sales and marketing efficiency by contributing to business performance analysis for Gymshark.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analytics professional who has proven experience with digital Go To Market functions and who is passionate about creating and deploying measurement frameworks for digital marketing investment.

• You will partner internal teams such as partnerships, digital marketing, e-commerce & campaign to optimise advert campaigns and ensure teams receive high quality insights - putting you at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.
• This role is genuinely important to our marketing performance – driving insight to support investment decisions from a strategic level all the way through to a tactical level to deliver incremental ROI.
• You will be the custodian for marketing data and help identify specific data needs of the business – working in a test and learn landscape to enable us to be at the forefront of evolving measurement techniques.
• We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities.
• The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global Headquarters in Solihull, UK.

And heres what we are looking for from you: 

• Excellent SQL skills essential combined with a comprehensive understanding of database structures
• Experience with various marketing attribution types (MMM, MTA, geo lift etc..)
• A competent presenter of key business information to senior leadership, confident in engaging in business discussion and not just providing numbers
• A clear and concise communication style with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner
• Strong understanding of different marketing channels & their core KPIs.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage a team & prioritise workload with competing priorities
• In-depth understanding of statistical software e.g. R, Python, is a plus
• Experience across dash boarding tools, preferably Tableau or Looker
• Extensive understanding of the core KPIs for measuring success in an e-commerce, apparel business
• Considerable experience working within an apparel-based business
• Considerable experience with both e-commerce and physical retail business models.
