Job Description

The Best Players Need the Best People. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for providing direction to a team of finance professionals and upper management throughout the organization on the overall planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Company's financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or MBA preferred
  • A minimum of ten years experience in Accounting/Financial Field Financial consolidation and presentation preparation experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience with Workday and Report Writing software desired.
  • Adaptive and/or Office Connect preferred

Responsibilities/duties

  • Lead the consolidation and preparation of annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plans for PGA TOUR Lead the preparation and execution of Monthly Finance Operating reviews with company SVP of FP&A and CFO Prepare multiple formats of financial statements for both internal and external audiences Prepare financial presentations for Board of Directors, Player, and Sponsor meetings Analyze potential business deals, new businesses, and proposed programs from a financial perspective Research and analyze industry benchmarks
  • Maintain current financial reports and support ad hoc requests as necessary Special projects or other duties as assigned When most people think of the PGA TOUR, they envision famous golfers, exciting tournaments, and the TOUR’s generous support of more than 3,000 charities.
