About Us:
Osmind is building a revolutionary network to support independent psychiatric practices, particularly those offering innovative treatments like TMS, Spravato, and other interventional modalities. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on RCM leader to build and scale our revenue cycle operations from the ground up and lead customer relationships, serving as a cornerstone of our services launch in 2025. This role is ideal for a player-coach who can manage daily billing operations, interface between clinic customers and the billing operations team, and craft & execute a forward-thinking roadmap that aligns revenue cycle processes with the company’s long-term goals.
Position Overview:
As Director of RCM, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and scaling best-in-class revenue cycle management operations to support psychiatric practices across the United States. Building on our pilot program foundation, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to manage our billing partner and spearhead client relationship management.
Location:
This role will be based in the United States with minimal travel required.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the overall RCM strategy and account management for scaling our RCM services offering beyond the pilot phaseSet and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and financial targetsManage vendor relationships and partnershipsOversee team performance and professional development
Billing operations and performanceDirectly oversee our billing partner and internal team to drive maximum billing performanceSet and achieve revenue cycle performance targets, such as clean claim rates, days in AR, and denial ratesDevelop reporting frameworks to track team and financial performanceIdentify opportunities for revenue optimization
Client management & account ownershipBuild and manage RCM account management, fully owning the layer between the clinics and RCM operationsOwn client communication regarding billing performance, denials trends, payer issues, and operational questionsEstablish trust and strong relationships with clinic stakeholders including practice owners, clinicians, and administrative staff
Process building and clinic workflow optimizationBuild out best practices & processes for clinics to successfully maximize revenue collectionsWork with internal product and engineering teams to suggest improvements to EHR & practice management and automation toolingPartner with internal billing operations to triage and resolve denials, rejections, and underpaymentsDrive continuous improvement in internal SOPs and handoffs between RCM, implementation, and successRequired Experience10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) experience, including 5+ years in leadership rolesExtensive knowledge of behavioral health billing, with expertise in specialized treatments such as Spravato, TMS, and other interventional modalitiesDirect experience working and interfacing with clinicians and practice staff membersExcellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills; ability to translate complex RCM topics to stakeholders unfamiliar with billingThis is a unique opportunity to help build a transformative healthcare organization from the ground up while solving critical challenges for psychiatric providers and their patients.
